The other monkeys beat her and ate a banana (teamwork). They hung a new banana. Pavlov's "reflex" worked - as soon as one monkey decided to take a banana, the others beat it because they knew that everyone would get wet, but not everyone would eat a banana (group responsibility). Action Two: The strength of the team The HR department intervened. Replaced one of the monkeys (team development). The new monkey decided to take the banana, but the others immediately beat it (company culture). Gradually replaced all the monkeys. The last new monkey decided to take the banana. The others beat her hard, not knowing why - they were never wet (Team Spirit).
